In 1996, Laura arrived in Stockton, CA to take the position as Dean of Music for Christian Life College. In her 9 years as Dean, Laura built a noteworthy academic program, produced 8 recordings including a student solo project and 2 children's albums. Laura has traveled nationwide with college choir/ chorale and ensembles and has mentored many young music ministers into full-time positions.
Laura holds a Bachelors in Music Education from Butler University (Indianapolis, IN) and a Masters degree in Music Education from University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA). As the founder and Chair of Heart of Worship Ministries, she desires to see church leadership, musicians, and singers capture a God-centered vision of music ministry.

Johnathan is an integral part of the dynamic music department in Alexandria, LA, pastored by Anthony Mangun. He serves as student music director, the creative programming director as well as one of the church’s worship leaders. With the opportunity to lead worship at many events, he has become a driving force in apostolic music. He has released one new CD titled “the praise and worship project” and is currently in the studio working on his second album. His goal is to help worshippers get rid of the noise in their lives and have clear minds and hearts to create the sound of worship our King desires. (Amos 23-24)

Chad is the music pastor at Capital Community Church in Ashburn, VA, pastored by Chester Mitchell. In the summer of 2005, Chad was able to become full-time music pastor and resigned his postion as school teacher at Marsteller Middle School where he taught orchestra and chorus for 8 years. While at CCC, Chad has seen the music department grow from just a handful of volunteers into a thriving group of singers and musicians. In 2004 CCC expanded their services, which include a Saturday night modern worship gathering, a Sunday morning traditional service, and a contemporary style service. Chad is committed to keeping the worship experience relevant to the worshipper from all walks of life.
Chad holds a BA in Music Education from Metro State College of Denver

Nanci has served as the director of music for the First Church San Jose (The Pentecostals of San Jose) under both elder and younger Bro's Shoemake for the past 16 years. Nanci is the founder of an annual piano camp and Power2Power Musicians Workshop. She has a sincere burden for the music ministry and is a dynamic spiritual motivator. Those who know her well regard her as one of Christian music's best-kept secrets.

Kevin brings to H.O.W. almost two decades of musical experience, a journey that began in Washington, continued in California and finally landed him in Louisiana. He currently serves as the music minister for the Pentecostals of Alexandria, under Pastor Anthony Mangun. He has recorded with multiple groups including the Louisiana Allstate Youth Choir and the POA Mass Choir. In 2004, 30,000 people attended the POA Messiah performances and 81 were baptized. Kevin is also the founder of "Fusion" a power packed group of singers and musicians that travel and minister all over the united states.
Kevin holds a B.A. in Music with a B.M. in Piano Performance from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA).
